Pimples Prevention

We all wanted to have a smooth and brighter skin, but not all of us are blessed with a pimple-free skin.  Here are some tips to prevent breakout to your special day.

Get 7-8 hours of sleep. 

It helps our body recover from stress that we have during the day.  Every hour that we lose a sleep at night increases our psychological stress by 14%.  French researcher found out that cooler body temperature helps our body to sleep faster and better

Minimize dairy

The androgen found in dairy product can cause hormonal imbalance which increases the chance of having a pimple

Cut out sugar

Sweet food can cause your blood sugar to increase triggering to boost your insulin.  Eat whole grains, vegetables, fruits, and beans to have a healthier skin. 

Cut out pasta, white rice, sugar, and white bread to prevent the breakout.

Hydrate

 Increase your water intake, it is not only good for the body but also to the skin.  It flushes out toxins inside our body that helps decreases breakout.

Make Sunscreen your friend

 Staying out the sun without sunscreen can cause breakout and dark spot.  Whatever the weather outside even it’s raining, snowy, or sunny never skip your sunscreen.

Cleanse

 It is essential to cleanse twice a day as during the day we have makeup, smog, and dust.  We need to thoroughly cleanse our skin with mild cleanser for a pimple-free skin
