Egg White Mask

Egg white is always my favorite anti-aging mask. I just used egg whites to my skin.  It helps tighten the skin.  Egg white is also effective to cure acne by drying it up faster and remove the oil in your skin.  This protein-rich food is also good for treating scars from burns.  It helps removes blackheads and whiteheads.  Isn’t that amazing?  One egg white can do lots of wonder to your skin.

Here are the steps to make the egg white mask

1.       Beat the egg whites until it is fluffy so it won’t run down on your face. 
2.       Add some honey to finish it up.  Use a small brush to apply it from the neck up to the face.  I also use egg white to my breast. 
3.       Leave it for 20 minutes. 
4.       Rinse off with water. 

5.       Always use a good moisturizer because egg whites can dry up your skin so easily.

Whisk away the sagging skin!

Aging is inevitable part of living.  Sagging is one of the obvious sign of aging. There are lots of things that contribute aging such as excessive exposure to harmful sun rays, obesity, consuming regular alcoholic drinks, excessive smoking, and poor diet.  Here are some home remedies that prevent our skin from sagging without spending a fortune

Whisk an Egg Whites
This is probably my favorite natural astringent.  Whisk one to two egg whites until foamy.  Apply it to your face, neck, and breast for 20 minutes then rinse it off with water. You can do this twice a week for tighter skin

Lemon
The Vitamin C that can be found in lemon can boost collagen production while it is natural astringent properties that help tighten skin while reducing wrinkles.
Squeeze some lemon juice and rub gently to your face and neck.  Leave it for 10 minutes.  Do this twice a week. Use a quality moisturizer to prevent your skin for drying

Cucumber
This is great in tightening and firming the skin.  It gives the skin the moisturizing and rejuvenating effect on the skin.  It does not only tighten the skin but also moisturize it
Grind half of cucumber to extract the juice.  Apply it to your face and neck until it dries off.  Do this once daily for tighter skin

Honey
It is always known to have a good anti-aging properties while it hydrates our skin.  This is very helpful in treating sagging skin
Stir 2 to three teaspoon of honey and a few drops of honey and a drops of lemon.  Apply it to your face and neck.

Over the Counter Acne Treatment

Wash your face at least twice a day during the day and at night time.  Use milder cleanser to remove the oil and dirt that causes pimples.  Always stick to the cleanser that won’t dry your skin.

Retinoid Cream

It is a Vitamin A cream that doesn’t prevent your skin from wrinkles and sagging but also helps clear our pimples.  Dab this at night time as your face might have dark spot from the sun


This product dries out a pimple quickly but dries out your skin as well so always use a good moisturizer after using the product

Salicylic acid

Topical Salicylic acid is used to clear, prevent skin blemishes to those pimples who has acne.  Use the prescribed amount to your acne as directed by your dermatologist.

Apple Cider Vinegar

This super vinegar will greatly help as acne remedy because it kills bacteria off that cause breakout.  It becomes alkaline and balance the pH of your skin.  It is a good astringent that can dry out pimples.  After dabbing Apple cider vinegar to your face, always put moisturizer.

Whip up some egg whites

Make Sunscreen your friend

 Staying out the sun without sunscreen can cause breakout and dark spot.  Whatever the weather outside even it’s raining, snowy, or sunny never skip your sunscreen.

Cleanse

 It is essential to cleanse twice a day as during the day we have makeup, smog, and dust.  We need to thoroughly cleanse our skin with mild cleanser for a pimple-free skin

Acne Culprit

Acne can lower the self-esteem of a person.  It can be irritating when you look in the mirror a red pimple is the first thing that you see in the morning. These are some causes of  pimples.

Acne during puberty age
When we are in our teenage years, we usually develop acne because sebaceous (oil) glands that can cause acne, occurs during puberty.  Acne is also caused by androgen levels, a type of hormone, that increase when a person reaches adulthood.

Acne can run in families.
If both of your parents develop acne during puberty, you will have developed it as well.  Even when you are an adult, if you're  parents have severe acne during adulthood, you might have acne too.

Acne in women
During menstruation period, we notice that we usually have acne because of hormonal change.  Higher testosterone levels around menstruation can activate the sebaceous gland.

To achieve a healthy and younger skin starts within so these are the food that we can add to our daily meal.

Chocolate 
What a great way to have sweets while making our skin younger.  It is rich in flavonols that help our skin firmer.  Drink cocoa to increase antioxidant in our body

Yogurt
Eat yogurt to prevent wrinkles.  Yogurt helps our skin to be firmer thus it is more resistance from lines

Cantaloupe

Kiwi
